Kartitsch lies in the east of Tirol, near the border with Italy.You can go to kartitsch via a few different routes. Depending on
what route you have choosen, a vignette for the highways and the motorways may be necessary. If you follow the route Munnich - Lienz you don't have to buy
a motorway vignette.

Ball By car:

München - Kufstein - Felbertauerntunnel - Lienz - Sillian - Kartitsch.

 Ball By train:
 
München - Salzburg - Spittal -
Lienz - Tassenbach/Sillian.

And then with the bus or a
taxi from Sillian or Tassenbach
to Kartitsch.		 Ball By plane:

Flughafen München, Innsbruck,
Klagenfurt oder Salzburg.

Then with a rented car or
with the train to Tassenbach/
Sillian. And if necessary
with a bus or taxi to Kartitsch.
You can buy the vignette at the Austrian borders, fuelstations, postoffices and ÖAMTC offices or at you national Tourist Office. Besides a vignette you will also find the toll road Brennerpass or the toll tunnel Felbertauerntunnel on your way to kartitsch,depending on the road you choose. The price of the toll road or toll tunnel is approximately 10,- Euro
